is anyone else doing more than 4 days of cardio. I really do not feel well if I don't do at least five days. I take it easy as in light work out of Wednesday but I don't want to (insert P word) to fast. :o

I can, and do cardio almost every day some weeks. I like to take at least one complete rest day, but on recover days I do light walks still. No worries. It works out over the long term.

It depends what you are doing in terms of duration and intensity. Even with cardio you should take one day a week off and always listen to what your body is telling you to aboid injuries and overtraining plus adequate recovery. I do more than 4, but am sure id feel just fine if I did 0 and just had pizza.

I do some kind of cardio almost every day. For me it's just something I need to do or I would go crazy at my office. I have always been incredibly active and now have a fairly sedentary job.

Before I developed neuropathy in my feet because of aspartame, I was doing 5 km in 45 min (including warmup and cool down) essentially every day. The body thrives on activity.

The sweetener? What? I've never heard of this.

I run a few days a week, walk the other days, and do videos when I feel like it. There's nothing wrong with doing it 5+ times a week, as long as your body lets you.

I did a lot of cardio at one point. I plateaud. On average (unless youre just starting out) i suggest cardio only 2 days a week, and weight training 2-3 days. Cardio only burns for 30 mins after workout. Lifting burns up to 3 hours after your workout.

Was this diagnosed as the cause by a specialist?

So it was caused by aspartame, not your admitted diabetes?

Yes I do 5 days, 3 days of full hour cardio, 1 lift and 30 min cardio and one day of just light cardio. The other 2 days I just lift.
