    Hi . 43 here , I'm a mom of 6 . 4 of my own and twins from being a surrogate mother a few years ago . . Now that I'm 43 and 6 kids later it's a Lil tougher to get that pre- body shape back. My kids are all older now ,and I find myself do laid-back now, I really gotta work up the nerve and will power to move now. I just started working out about a week ago . And I Already Feel A Huge CHANGE. I feel proud of myself. Because I made a choice to put me first ! It's was time to take care of me and stop neglecting my body! . . I'm counting my calories. If that helps anybody. I am doing wonderful! Good luck yall !!!#
