Hi MFP community. I'm new here and I'm looking for friends to help me stay motivated. my main problem is that I work out and eat healthy for about a week or two before I get lazy and give up. Any tips, suggestions? Add me

Do you have any sort of accountability? This could backfire, but you might want to start telling people about your results weekly. Perhaps via a blog. Then you'll know that there are people expecting you to talk about your week, how much you lose, etc. which will encourage you to stick to your plan.0

If you want it bad enough you will do everything in your path to succeed bro take it from someone who used be in your shoes in still not near my goal but each day ticked off is one Steph closer to getting rid of the fat suit0
