Is anyone else taking the CLA dietary supplement? I have been taking it for a little over a week and I have noticed I am sleeping better at night, I seem to have more energy, I no longer feel like taking a nap during the day, and for the past two days I have noticed a decrease in my appetite. Just curious if anyone else has tried it or had success with it.

I'm not familiar with it. Tell me more.0 -
If I remember right CLA was a fad fat burning supplement like 10 years ago.0

Oh. Yeah, not into fat burning supplements. I thought it would be something different since the OP mentioned better sleep, etc.0

I haven't read or heard anything about it from the science community. I'll stick with melatonin for sleep :-)0

So, eat lots of dairy. Awesome, I do that every day0 -
I am also taking CLA. I can't say that I have noticed anything super huge but now I think about it, I do have a bit more energy during the day.0

sounds like naturally occurring CLA is good for you but supplements not so much... unfortunate because i don't eat much dairy (if any at all) and don't eat meat other than salmon and the VERY occasional yard-bird.0
