Something about this list screams " disordered eating " to me.

I agree. However, I've used similar lists just to fill in my macros for the day. If I have macros to spare, I want to use them, but if I don't have enough to spare for one my usual snacks, these lists might give me a couple of ideas on what to add and where. I'm a compulsive pre-logger, so this happens from time to time.

But for a lot of people, yes, this could be used to overly restrict food intake in an attempt to stay "full" on very little calories. No bueno.

I think some of these "recipes" are going a little too extreme. Half a small banana? Just make sure you're hitting your Macro nutrients and make sure you aren't starving yourself throughout the days. Low calorie snacks are good every now and then, just make sure they don't become your daily meal plan.

Isn't this just ordinary food in tiny quantities? Also, the quantities seems too inaccurate. I just weighed 14 seedless grapes and it's around 104g. According to various sources, 100g of seedless grapes (blue or green) is ~70kcal.
