Just Starting (for the third time)

The title sums me up pretty well. I very much want to lose 70-80lbs but I have trouble maintaining focus and avoiding junk food. Motivation comes and goes but some help to maintain it would be amazing.

    What are you goals other than to lose that weight? Any vanity goals?

    Oh ya. I want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach and turn heads (for the right reasons) as my self esteem is at about a zero. The gym is going to have to be a factor here, I know. Strength training was never my short coming though, it's actually getting up to exercise and resisting that bag of chips calling me from the cupboard.

    Same boat here. This is the 4th restart for me, but no more excuses. Let's get it done!
