I didnt have any pics to include in this post. I just wanted to focus on some of the amazing NSV's I have experienced over the last year since beginning my weighloss journey. And in honor of being 40 I will list 40 benefits from losing 120 pounds.
1. New Personal best time for a 5k 50:31 My first one was 1:09:49 back in october.
2. Went from a size 34 to 22!
3. Ring size went from a 12 to a 9!!!! (Although I must admit I am still nervous my fingers will mysteriously swell up when I put the size 9 ring on).
4. My son joined me in this journey to lose weight. He is 13 and weighed 257, he is down 12 pounds in a little over a month.
5. I was asked to lead my company's walking group!!!
6. I am smaller than I was when I met my husband!
7. For the first time ever I weigh less than my husband!

Your post made me so happy and teary eyed at the same time. Good for you! I have experienced many of the same NSVs you have listed, and while all are great, the best one ever for me is related to your #4 - being an inspiration to my kids. My boys now ask to work out with me, and tell me they love our work out times together.
Keep up the great work. You are awesome!0 -

Great list first of all congratulations it's a great feeling I can relate to most of them, my newest saying when I go back the gym to my trainer is when he asks how much do you weigh now, my answer is homemade treats as much as I like I lost 63 lb now under my goal so I'm enjoying treats without worry and like you I enjoy walking I even go all the way round and not short cuts...well done again. .xx0
