Motivation for Fitness

Hi, my name is Toriea. My entire life I have been yo-yo-ing with my weight. Almost everyone in my immediate family has issues with weight and because of these issues there is a history of medical conditions all throughout my family. I am at a point where I know that a change is not only wanted but necessary. My goal is to work to not only lose 85 lbs but to improve my lifestyle, endurance, and attitude towards others and connecting through fitness. I am new to MyFitnessPal and would enjoy providing motivation for others and also have friends on here to help motivate me. :)
