Microplaned parmesan or pecorino (super salt kick), or a little melted butter with a squirt of sriracha when I'm in the mood for something spicy.

I just use less butter. 1.2 tablespoon is only 55 calories and nothing really takes it's place. It is plenty to flavor 3 tablespoons worth of kernels which results in about 5 cups. My go to seasoning is either cajun spice or a little brown sugar and cinnamon.

Huh. This was so obvious, how did I not see it? :+1:

I use Buffalo Wing Sauce (and a small sprinkle Cheddar seasoning). Most brands of Buffalo Wing Sauce have 0 calories and it adds a great punch! I'll have to try Tobasco like another poster mentioned but I'm not sure my buds can handle the heat ;-)

I use an air popper and put a tiny bit of cooking spray and some Gold Medal Prod. 2045 Flavacol Seasoning Popcorn Salt. It tastes like movie theater popcorn. So good!

Nutritional yeast flakes and a bit of salt. Two tbsp has about 60 cals, though it is full of B vitamins and has about 9 grams of complete protein and a some fibre as well. It tastes a little cheesy/nutty. Hard to describe, but I like it as a popcorn topping.

    This!

Kernel Seasons. Comes in lots of varieties and about 2 calories a tsp. you may want to use some ICBINB spray before, so it sticks.

I don't make air popped popcorn. I pop mine in a little peanut oil and Lawry's seasoned salt. Sometimes I add black pepper or ceyenne.

Stove top for me with Olive Oil and salt. ~300 calories for a big bowl ( 60 g).

Be careful with spray butters--they do have calories.

That's how I do it too, although we usually add some black pepper, garlic salt, and parm cheese crumbles to it as well.

I put about 1.5 tbl of butter on a 16 cup bowl of popcorn (made for the whole family LOL). It's not that many calories when spread out among 5 people and tastes delicious.
