level 2 high intensity can be like 250 if you put a lot of effort in! I made my own exercise and logged it as about 150

It depends on your level of exertion.I have a HRM and it logs me from about 290-360 for level 1 and 325-375 for level 2. I am on the last week of workout. I love it. I can see a difference. I totally loved this work out!...I have an ePulse2 armband HRM. I love it and I don't have to guess about what I am burning through my workouts or my day. I would suggest you get one. Good luck with the workout. How far along are you in the workout? Do you like it so far? ~Corina

I use my hrm and it logs it between 250 - 290. I think the 1st time I did it, I got a reading of 300+ but that was only the once!
