need to lose weights in two months

Hi guys my name is Dilan, I'm here to lose some weights just like you. I joined yesterday, I always start on diet at mondays and give up few days later because I'm so weak about deserts and chocolate and eating few bars of them per day. But this time I need to lose 10kg in two months (I dont use pound :/) because this summer I will start on an internship at a prestigious company in Turkey and I dont want to look as fat as now I am. I need motivation and hoping your helps..;)

    Hi Dilan! I'm like you, usually start on Monday, quit a week or two later! I always tell myself " I need to get back on my "diet"... Oh well, I'll start fresh on Monday!" Not this time. I started over yesterday for the 100th time and have decided I'm not planning anything-taking it day by day! I'm rewarding myself for small goals, like every 5 pounds lost, every 5% lost, every day I hit my water goal, etc. I'm not sure what 10kg is in pounds, but I want to lose 15 pounds in 3 months! I know I can do it, I just lose hope and motivation so quickly! I lost 23 pounds last summer in 5 months, so I know I can do it! Maybe we can motivate each other?!?!?

    Hi its nice to meet you:) now I googled 15pounds is about 6 kg and 10kg is 20pound so I think our goals are quiet achievable :smiley: but my main problem is being not sure about how to start or where to start. Im trying to calculate calories and my steps everday but I cant cope with my chocolate addiction :/ my friends suggested me to drink green tea and some sort of herbals which I've never heard before, (well green tea seems a bit helpfull about burning calories although its really hard to get use to the taste :smiley: ) so should I also give up counting everything day by day? How did you decided to start on diet again, is it going easy so far :smile:
