Weight loss slows down as you reach your goal - if you only have 30lbs to lose I'm afraid this will not happen. At least not in any way that is healthy.

Aim for 1lb a week - you've lost 40lbs already - congrats on that, now lose the rest in a health sustainable way.

    ^ This X 1000.

Regardless of how much support you want or how hard you try, you will not be able to lose a consistent 2 lbs a week as you approach your goal. Not in a healthy way, at least.

The best rule of thumb is to try to lose about 0.5% of your current body weight every week. So, if you weigh 200 lbs, that's 1 lb/week. 150 lbs, 0.75lb/week.

If you try to lose any faster than this, you're going at it too aggressively and you will have negative effects to your health.

If you choose to do it smarter, then I'll gladly offer help and support. If you want to continue to try to lose it at 2 lbs/week, then you're on your own, sister.

That's just under 10lbs a month for weight loss. That'd be tough for a guy to do. You'd be better off shooting for half of that.

I'll shoot for all of it. Be happy with where I land. And go from there. I have aimed big this entire process.
