just started using this app and today is my first day keeping up with it. Let's see how this goes! Should I weigh myself every week or how often should I weigh myself?

    Weighing is kind of a personal choice. You should definitely weigh on some kind of basis, as it will keep you honest, accountable, and also provide some motivation. I do it daily, but that's not for a lot of people. You body can swing up and down quite a bit and if you think you might freak out seeing the scale jump a few pounds one day then its not for you. But I like knowing quickly if I made an adjustment to my routine that was positive or negative. Many do it weekly. Some do it monthly as they don't want the scale to become an obsession.

    Try something and if it doesn't work for you then change it ;-) There's no right or wrong here, just what works for you!
