Need a Routine

I'm a teacher and we've been outta school for maybe a week and my eating habits are terrible! I feel like I need a routine for the summer but I also have an 11 month old whose been sick so I can't take her out right now to go walking! Has anyone else had issues like these? I've lost 27 lbs the past 4-5 months and I'm very happy with my success thus far but need a change!! I want to do better than I have been but cant find the motivation!!

    Every night before I go to bed, I log what i'm going to eat the next day and then stick with those portions. I bike to and from work, walk my dog for an hour, and then run on the treadmill for 30 minutes every weekday.

    when you want to skip a workout or stray from healthy eating just remind yourself why you are trying to be healthier. what is the reason you are doing all of this and use that to push you forward
