C25K Week 5 Day 3: help...

Good morning!
I have been working on C25K to help train for a 5K that I am participating in on July 3rd. Tomorrow (Saturday) I am supposed to run for 20 minutes straight and I am nervous that I will not be able to.
I have already repeated Week 5 Day 2, but I really want to move on to Day 3. I was just wondering if anyone had success stories about moving from Day 2 to Day 3.
Please only positive feedback

In the C25K group the 20 minute run is one that many get anxious about. Almost everyone who struggles with the idea, does fine in practice.
Just move on with it.0 -
Yeah I think that is the case with me. All psychological. I just need to get over this hurdle.0

Just keep telling yourself to keep moving. Slow down if you need to. Your body is ready for this!0

You can do it. it's what you have been training for0

You can absolutely do it. I had never run for 20 minutes straight in my life (even while I was in HS on the baseball/basketball teams). I am running W8D2 when I get home from work this afternoon, and ran 2.5 miles straight on Wednesday (in 28 minutes). Just find a pace that you can maintain a conversation at, and stay there the whole time.0
