I haven't done that in about a year. But I'm down 15lbs!

Good job! I bet that was a nice surprise

    Ok, any feedback on this:

I have a regular dial scale at home. I have been tracking my weight loss on it, from 156 down to 151.5. It's a little bit hard to tell where that needle is pointing, but I weigh myself in the morning, without clothes, and it has been decreasing steadily.

Today I bought a digital and tried it out at the store. I thought I could get a more accurate reading this way. It said I was 156.5 :ohwell: Now, I realize I've had some food & water and I had (light) clothing on... but I'm concerned about this.

When I weigh myself tomorrow, it might say I'm 155. Should I assume that is accurate? Then I wont know what my "true" starting weight was last week. Maybe I should just keep the dial scale, as long as the number keeps decreasing... ?

What do you all think about the accuracy of different scales?
