How do I log Personal Trainer Sessions?

Start with
5 mins warm up on treadmill, walking fast
3 x 12 sets of squats on TRX
3 X 12 sets of 20lb ball that i pick up and drop
3 x 12 sets of not sure what its called but i think its like a chest pull up? off the trx, lean back and then use upper body arms to pull myself back up
3 x 12 pushups off of a bar
3 x 12 hold a ball and move side to side with it, 6.6 kg ball
as many as a i can hold a ball between legs while laying down and lift the ball up with legs and slow lay back down
