    Recovering from an ED, it's been a little bit of everything but lately it's been the nasty restrict/binge cycle. I've been 1 week binge free! (and working out on a regular basis finally)

    I am happily married, my hubby supports me but I need ladies who relate to me lol.

    5'4.5" (yes that half inch COUNTS)
    128.2 lbs as of Tuesday..

    Looking to tone up. I don't have a goal weight, I'd like to lose fat but also gain muscle. And keep a healthy relationship with food :)

    Hi, I'm Jennifer

    I'm 44, 5' 7", happily married and raising two boys (9 & 5). My weight fluctuates a bit but I haven't been under 200 lbs in the last 10 years. My initial goal is to get to 199 lbs.

    I got a Fitbit a few weeks ago and I've found it awesome for inspiration to get up and move more. I'm averaging about 12,000 steps a day and would like to start introducing other exercise.

    SW: 256 lbs
    CW: 248 lbs
    GW: 199 lbs / then 140ish ?

    I'd love to get some friends on here for motivation so please add me if I am similar. :)

    Goal Weight 185ish but without all the soft stuff in the middle.

    I run 2-3 times a week, lift 3-4 times a week and enjoy a really nasty Boot Camp workout on Saturdays.

    I'm 21, 5'2" (157 cm) and 103 pounds (47 kg). I started out at 106 pounds (48 kg) but I wasn't trying to lose weight. I have lost 3 pounds and gained a lot of muscle since I started using mfp and my progress is quite obvious, despite it being just a 3 pound difference on the scale.
    Goal calories: 1.1k on sedentary days and more on active days.

    I'm looking for people like me who don't want to lose weight but want to be more active and more toned in general. I'm very strict with my tracking (and I weight all my food).

    I have an UP and so like to do as many steps as I can in a day, and try to have a 30 min walk ist evenings, and hopefully I shall be starting the C25K as of Monday :smiley:
