hey

I'm a mum of 3 children and looking to lose 3 stone I put on while on a medication that makes you eat and eat. I've 16 pounds gone already

    Hi Alison I'm a mam to 4 kids and I've about 3 stone to lose or a bit more if I could, finding it hard to get started I just joined this plz feel free to add me and we can try to keep each other motivated with support :):)
