I used to graze all morning... it was all healthy snacks, just way too much of it. So I came up with this and it has enough protein and fat to satiate me until lunch!
2 slices Applegate roasted or smoked turkey (50cals)
1 light string cheese from Trader Joe's (60cals)
2 tbsp of Trader Joe's kale and spinach Greek yogurt dip
Easy peasy, just spread a spoonful of the dip onto a slice of turkey, split the cheese down the middle and roll up the turkey around one of the halves. Then repeat for the second rollup. In the photo I also added baby arugula just because I had some.
I hope it works for anyone like me who tends to over snack!

I love deli rollups! My lunch today is deli ham with a schmear of cream cheese wrapped around a dill pickle.
Know what's good? Take a turkey/cheese rollup and put it in a hot frying pan until the cheese is melty.0 -
I'm down for that. Also the other idea with the meat around the pickle. Glad I logged in today. Thanks everyone!0
