Hello! Looking for people doing either of these programs. I've been focusing on T25 right now but love all these workouts!

Greetings! What, may I ask, is Piyo? T25 is good, although I do modified for 20 minutes...0

I was doing T25 a second time around but took a break from it. I also have Insanity and I've been considering Piyo. Have you completed Piyo? What did you think? Did you see results?0

T25 is good.
But Sean T must hate me. He has to, why else would he make my DVD harder that everyone else's?0 -
Piyo is a good change from the other two. No jumping!! Super challenging, if not more than T25, balance movement and coordination. You get a good calorie burn. As for results I found it leans you out, I lost more fat doing Piyo.0

Insanity Max 30 is great0

I did Insanity Asylum. I liked it since it was geared more towards sports performance.0
