Tracking my physical therapy workout?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to track my physical therapy routine as exercise? I have a 30-minute routine that my PT prescribed for my arthritic knee. It involves several strengthening activities, including bridging on an exercise ball (in 3 positions), resistance work using an elastic band, and some stretching. I work up a sweat and get heated up whenever I do it. I don't know whether to treat it as a strength program or a cardio, and I can't find anything close to it in the database. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'd find the closest thing to it and log it as that. Strength training while really awesome for you doesn't burn a ton of calories.0

It would be rounding difference. Don't bother.0

Thanks. Knee is much less stiff and painful when I do the exercises consistently.0
