Trying to lose that last 20 lbs

Hi everyone!
Just looking for some likeminded and focused individuals to stay motivated with. I'm 28, 5"9, 153 lbs, female, and trying to lose this last 20lbs. I keep my food diary open, and would love to know if anyone with my stats(or not) is in the same boat! I workout 6 days a week and I eat and live Paleo. I also just received my UP3 tracker and I'm hooked! Anyone else with an UP3!?!? I also use my Instagram to post food, health, and workouts. ( Cosmic_jenn )

    Same with me.i am trying to lose last 10lb from 147 to 140. I log the dairy but difficulty in controling when i am hungry.

    I am 5'4" 152 pounds and would love to see 135 but I'll take 140. I'm edging toward the Paleo diet, and like you, I workout probably 5 or 6 times a week: 3 weight training sessions with at least 5 and sometimes 6 cardio. I got the UP3 tracker about a month ago and am TOTALLY addicted. It's amazing!
