the main thing that keeps me motivated and keeps my workouts fresh is NEW MUSIC! So tell me people- what are some of your cardio pumping tunes in the gym?! Right now- I'm loving house/hip-hop mash ups like Beyonce's Run the World. I'm due for an update- so let me know what you guys love!!!

I always work out to '80s ballad bands like Van Halen, Journey, Bon Jovi, some AC/DC, or anything that fits the mix. I've thrown in some Michael Jackson, or any motivational 80s song like Eye of the Tiger or You're the Best. It may sound a little strange, especially if you're a girl, but I've found it's among the only thing that motivates me music-wise for working out.
I also like Asian Kung Fu Generation, but I like rock, so again this is what motivates me.
I sometimes like blues, like BB King or Muddy Waters if I'm doing Tai Chi, might work for yoga too. Not sure if you'll like any of these recommendations, haha!0 -
