Is anyone here familiar with Orgain nutritional products? I have a condition called CVS, and I have trouble keeping food down during episodes. I am looking for a meal replacement beverage without artificial sweeteners (they cause migraines) and a long list of additives.

    I love their vegan shakes, but I don't really consider them to be overly nutritious or packed with protein. I drink them when I realllly want them, but for the flavor, not the nutrition. They advertise that they have a lot of protein, but from what I remember, you can get the same amount of protein from a couple of cups of soy milk for fewer calories.

    Get the Vega protein instead. It is more nutritionally complete. Fiber, probiotics, protein, and vitamins. Either that or the vegan shakeology.
