So the young lady with the guitar pick tattoo got me thinking:

How many guitar players do we have here?
How long have you been playing?
What style?
How many guitars?
What kind?
Anything else that occurs to you that I may have missed?

Me:
Q: How long have you been playing?
A: 34 years

Q: What style?
A: Celtic fingerstyle

Q: How many guitars?
A: 5

Q: What kind?
A: 1 Taylor (12-string), 3 Lowdens (12-strings all), 1 Lakewood (nylon string). All acoustic.

Q: Anything else?
A: I'm in a band. I also play solo. I used to teach. I like Michael Hedges, Michael Gulezian, Leo Kottke, Phil Keaggy, Ed Gerhard, and Al Petteway. I've met two of them. Meeting them did not make me a better player.

    I've only been playing for about.. 2-3 years. ;( I prefer bass, for some reason. :laugh:

    A: Acoustic/electric Ibanez and Acoustic Takamine

    A: I also play a bit of piano, but overall I'm a singer and play charity fundraiser shows around MD.

    A: a lot of country, soft rock, anything that appeals to me

    Q: How many guitars?
    A: 3

    Q: What kind?
    A: 12 string accoustic, accoustic/electric, accoustic

    Q: Anything else?
    A: I can play piano, and I used to sing a lot in school. If i ever get free time, I like to write my own songs for the guitar.

    Guitar Hero?! Never been a gamer.

    Mostly acoustic players checking in so far. This is good.

    15 years, 9 guitars, fender strat, wasburn stealth n dime-v, ltd v n m-100, peavy raptor, zarga, spirit and a free first act >:)
    Play thrash, whatever really, blues jazz, tons of metal.
