Endurence for tennis player

I'm 17 and captin of my high school tennis team. I'm a great team player (as in sociel with my team mates) but I am finding maintaining energy during a match difficult any ideas on how to improve endorance???

    I mean... looking at the food you've logged, its no wonder you dont have the energy to keep up. Maybe try eating some more nutrient dense foods and experimenting with meal timing

    Have your coach put you and your team through conditioning/hip mobility drills and stretches during the first 20 minutes or so right afterrrr let's say a 10 lap double court warm up run. At the end of practice you should be finishing up with a couple double court suicides touching every line. And of course make sure you're eating well so you're properly fueled and getting enough fruit in you for potassium. Take sports drinks with you for long matches.
