Okay. Today is my daughter's 10th birthday and I will be having a piece of cake with her tonight. How would everyone log this? It is a 5" Double Layer Chocolate Cake with White Icing from Hy-Vee. Any ideas?

I just did a quick search & came up w/ 370 cal. just for the cake (not the icing).
And yay for Hy-Vee! I'm going there wednesday :)

When I am unsure of something and know it's not the best choice I usually go real high. In this case maybe 400-450.

I usually just type in the description and take a best guess based on the results. Or try the barcode scanner. I've scanned some weird stuff and couldn't believe it when it found a result.

I was in the same boat yesterday - my littlest guy's 2nd birthday! I had to guess and then doubled it just to be on the safe side.

400-500 sounds about right for quick calories
