Starting 4 years ago at 208lb I did it slowly one painful lb at a time!

I still want to lose another 7lb and tone up so I'm not finished yet.

    I'm still 142lb at 5ft 4. I have still got a wobbly belly and arm fat. Take it one day at a time babe it does work in the end xx
