I'm 27, mother of 2. I have hypothyroidism and am not letting it take over my weight!! I'm at a good weight and am looking to continue to build muscle and stay lean. I'm 5'1.5 and I'm 114 lbs before weight lifting I was 105-110. My heaviest was 120. I've been serious about my nutrition for about 2 years now!

Like anything its only as big of a deal as you let it be.
Busy husband and father of 3 dealing with the same after total thyroidectomy from 15 years ago. I've been serious about my nutrition for a little less than a year, but feeling awesome.0 -
That's amazing! I was very fortunate that I didn't have mine removed. How are you dealing with the thyroidectomy?0
