Hello. Um I just started today bc quite frankly I am tired of being a size 11-12 when I used to be a size 6-7. I have had three kids with my youngest being three and usually I'd bounce back but I've become a working mom and somehow it has become harder for me to bounce back after this pregnancy. I'm hoping to be able to wear a swimsuit again after almost 7 yrs and hoping to fit Ito my fave old jeans again but mainly be healthy for me and my kids
