Hey all! I'm looking for a good, well rounded ab workout. Can you help point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

What are you looking for? Crunches/Situps or alternative? I can help with both...

I have been doing Jillian Michael's six week six pack. My abs really feel it.

I like a lot of ab work outs! One could say I'm addicted to them  Here are the videos I like:

    Jackie warner abs
Jackie warner 1 on 1 core
    Incredible abs 1-5 (I've never done 6 or 7)
    Jillians 6 week 6 pack
    Pilates abs
    Crunch abs (forgot the name)
    Core Circuit

Alot of times I'll take my least favorite moves and put them together for my own workout. In addition, I like to do Mtn. climbers, burpees, and various plank moves. HTH some.:flowerforyou:

I just got the Brazil Butt Lift from Beachbody ( P90x people) and the ab workout is pretty killer for that.

Depends on your goal, ability, and fitness level.

My favorites for full ab work are as follows...

Combo Abs: Decline Crunch/Twist/Throw with Medicine Ball (no medicine ball needed if it's too much) for upper abs+Obliques, Hanging Knee raise/twist for lower abs+Obliques.
Upper Abs: Rope+Cable Crunch, Sit-ups without 'ankle brace', or decline crunch
Lower abs: Hanging running in place, reverse decline leg lift, or flutter kick
    Obliques: Bicycle, V-up
    Core: Plank, Side-plank

That's just my favorites from each category. Somewhere, I've got upwards of over 100 ab exercises written down...

Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn. It works the whole body, but it forces you to use your core the entire time.
