they don't work, save your money. Think about it, if they really worked, people would be lined up around the block to buy them. Instead, the companies are stuck sending spam emails to people.

If pills worked, none of us would be here and no celebrities would be fat. Save your money.

    Dont waste your money.
    From the NHS

    Summary

    • There are currently no reliable data to justify the claims being made about raspberry ketone by online retailers.
    • There is some evidence from animal model studies which suggests that raspberry ketone may have some protective effects against high fat diets. However, this is currently too limited to draw any conclusions from.
    • There is no information about safety of raspberry ketone, but there are some indicators that it may cause adverse reactions.
    • Patients wishing to lose weight should follow a healthy, balanced diet and exercise regime.

H&B have frequent/ continuous sales. Lots of their stuff is overpriced, they do sell some ok stuff or if you cna get them at a discout though. half price sales as well as halp price vouchers can make some products be a bit more resonable, but hold onto your money generally.

    agreed.
h&b is one of the most reputable uk high st health stores.
thousands of us use them, especially when they have their famous penny sales ,equivalent to bogof.
doctor originally pointed me there for many complimentary treatments for ibs that are cheaper than prescription cost, and being on email list makes sense and certainly isnt spam!
research any new products first, plenty of woo regarding keytones.
