What's up everybody?!?! I'm new to MyFitPal. Just tryin to drop 20 more lbs. the hardest 20

    Protein veggies fruit skip the starches cars and sugars. When u need something sweet go for a banana or yogurt or another fruit.if it has sugars in it avoid it.only drink diet drinks and diet juice excess sugar will be stored. Don't be afraid to eat protein, skip the potato add an extra chicken breasts that way your not hungry and your body won't store extra. Remember lots of small meals are better than gorging twice a day.that way your body uses what you eat doesn't attack it's muscle and doesn't feel the need to store for later. Hope this helps
