    It's just 2 bananas, a cup of oats and a filling of your choice, I used mixed raisins :). All you do is mash the bananas in a bowl, add the oats and raisins and mix it all on together, that's it! No flour, sugar or other ingredients you would usually bake with. Once it's mixed, separate in small cookie shapes and bake in the oven at number 240 for 20 minutes. They really are quite tasty :)

    Anyone know if its 240F or 240C? Since those two are pretty different....and i'm a complete noob at anything in the kitchen

    I have this recipe posted on my fridge. It's 350 F for 15 minutes. Not sure what the 240 is, because 240 F translates roughly to 460 F.

    Ive done these before too but I also use 1 egg white, a half a cup of unsweetened applesauce and 3 scoops of protein powder...They are OK but definitely don't quench my cookie craving. I use them as a mini breakfast bar before I work out in the AM. They are around 100 calories and 10g of protein each so a perfect little preworkout snack.
