Binge Eating - let's be done with it !

during this year, my first year in university, i managed to develop a very serious case of binge eating.. prior to it, i had lost 15 kg and now i'm maintaining at aprox 70 kg... my UGW is 60 kg, and i am determined to get there before the summer ends.

anyone want to join this battle against binge eating and make a change in their lives?
