Anyone who fancies teaming up to help me be accountable for what I'm eating?
6ft 1, 23 with 30-40 pounds to shift - originally lost the weight with weight watchers but after I started full time work I had no time to attend the meetings and stopped having someone hold me accountable.
Would really appreciate someone in a similar situation who would be willing to give me some support.

I am an older woman, 50. I am type 2 diabetic and lost 30 lbs in a year. I exercise regularly. I was to drop another 10.0
