hello. I've been on here for almost 3 months and it really hasn't changed anything so I'm hoping that everyone else's success will motivate me. I'm a mom of 3. I've been 100% gluten free for a really long time and I don't eat any sweets, but I love wine. I walk at least 4 times a week for 40 min at a good pace. I really want to lose a few pounds so my clothes fit better. Please add me for encouragement and support or even a kick in the *kitten* to get me moving! Thank you:) Brandy

    Hi.. i am 29 dad for one boy... u ll do better.. hope for the best... did you try high protein and high fiber diets???

    I'm huge on protein, but little carbs due to the gluten. Mainly eat rice and potatoes as a starch.

    My main problem is eating rice... i love to eat rice which added to my belly... i dont know if that ll help to cut your weight... what about fiber? More fiber intake will help a lot.
