Hi! I am looking for the support that I would get from a Weight watchers meeting for example. I have had a very poor lifestyle for over a year but now have more time and want to use this to my benefit. I have a Fitbit, a dog, a fab gym membership but am poor on motivation. I love food and snack mindlessly so I am hoping to get some good tips to get me back on track to fitness and weight loss.
