let me loss some fat!

Haii! I'm from Malaysia ..my name arissa
I really need to loss some fat but unfortunately my mind and body does not support me to do the same thing :D
At my country 80% there is coconut milk tht could be in our food .
Tht not healthy at alll and love to eat lots of chicken :(
So please help me by giving some advice or simple recipe tht could help me reduce some of my fat . :D

    I would suggest going to pinterest and seeing if there are any boards that might help. I'm not familiar with coconut milk.

    Actually, coconut milk isn't that bad, however moderation is important. Since you are new, begin simply by logging what you eat every day without worrying about your goal just yet. Get a good insight in what you eat and how much, and which of that is the worst. It could be that the portions you eat are too big. Putting a little less of everything on your plate could already help. Chicken too isn't bad, as it has lots of protein, but what do you eat it with? Sauces can be bad, so can lots of rice. Start small and simple, don't rush it, and be patient.
