Someone that's a fitness trainer or someone that has been successful with weight loss please view my diary to see if I am on the right track as far as eating and exercise. Could use some tips and advice. Thanks in advance!

    but giving tips is simple

    Log accurately and consistently.

    Accurately=weighing solids/measuring liquids
    Consistently=everyday everything regardless of the good/bad and the ugly

    Set a reasonable deficit...no need to starve or be hungry.
    Don't eliminate foods you love/want/crave or food groups not necessary

    Just make sure you are in a reasonable deficit and weight loss happens...

    PS I've lost over 50lbs and maintained for 9 months (losing an extra 10 to see if I like 140)

    Increase your calories to 1450 so that you can fit in fats and oils and more low calorie veggies (green beans, asparagus, cucumbers, kale, romaine, . . .
