Hello, other health fanatics!

My name is Melissa (or Missa Ann, wink wink), I'm 19, and I'm about to make one of the biggest life changes of my life--and I'm not just talking about weight loss.

In less than a month, I'll be moving from California to Germany for a year (I've never been out of the States before). This is a huge life change for me, and me being someone who likes to take everything head-on at full throttle, I decided I need to fully make a life change. Physically, mentally, and geographically.

So, while I'm struggling on der, das, und die and trying to start a writing career (hello, bloggers!) I'm also going to work on my health.
Sharing a Salat with a new friend and participating in some intense yoga is what I see in my future! What do you see in yours?

    Hi, by now you should probably be settled in in Germany. I am from Germany but live in California, so I know how difficult it is to start in a new country. I go home to Germany every year though...
