    Hi. I don't know how to do this or what to say. I feel kinda of stupid. But I feel a lone and I have no motivation. I am hoping someone out there has some tips for someone like me to get motivated. Please help.

    Welcome. We all have times like this. I find that MFP is the perfect place for me. We become friends & family and support each other through hard times and good times.
