    great job, you demonstrate that this site is more than just becoming thin and skinny, it is becoming fit--to include mentally fit where you feel good about what you are.
    i have decided to stop weighing in and only measure--once i loose 1 inch in waist i will weigh in.

    I appreciate it.

    I weigh myself once a month, weight is too inconsistent to track daily. I take measurements and see how my clothes fit to see my progress.
