Skin tightening exercises

i need help!! I have lost 110 lbs my skin is really sagging in my arms and stomach areas. I would love to lose another 140 lbs before skin removal surgery but not sure if i can stand the saggy skin that long

I'm sorry, that won't be possible. Think about it: can you move your skin only and independently of your muscles? Nope, that's not possible. Hence you cannot tighten your skin with exercise.0

Look into skin brushing. That should help tighten your skin.0

My understanding is the only things you can do is chop it off, give it time, fill the skin with muscles or get feather tattoos so you look like a bird.
Essentially it all comes down to age, genetics and how much you stretched it.
Going off how much you have lost, and how much you still want to lose my guess would be surgery is the only option. But I'm no expert on the matter.

Wait 2 years after losing the weight before having surgery, to see how much of it snaps back on its own.
Exercises don't target skin or fat, they only build the muscle layer under it.0
