Hi
Unless you have a medical condition such as diabetes is there any reason to count carbs as well as calories?
Thanks

Before I joined MFP, I had already lost a huge amount of weight by counting my calories, I hadn't a clue how many carbs, fats or proteins I was eating per day. All I knew was my calories.

Limiting carbs and eating more fat instead can make you feel fuller for longer. Some people like it because it helps them keep their total calories down.0

Yep...and I also crave more carbs if I eat them. Especially bread... And they don't fill me up as well.0 -
Unless you are diabetic or prediabetic, no, it is a matter of personal preference.0
