i started tracking my food on MFP since 2nd May. Shed 5.3 kg (11.7 lbs) and I intend to lose another 7 kg (15 lbs). Happy with my progress and more importantly, I 'm not feeling like I cut my food drastically. I eat everything except that I make sure my calories intake is within my daily budget. qo26nlw6lj9e.jpg

    Thanks. The face does show. It's still a long way to go, but I felt like hitting the jackpot knowing exactly how much to eat and what deficit I want to create daily. This is an old photo when I was in my early 30s. I want to try to get to that.

    Thanks. 6 weeks to go for my phase 1. I'm trying to get muscle mass up by a few kilo, then prepare for a 5 km run to keep things going.
