Today I hit my 1,000th consecutive day of logging every bit of food on MFP. A lot of people IRL refuse to weigh and log their portions -- they say it's too much trouble. But it really does become second nature after a while, and it's no trouble at all.

This is an amazing resource. I don't know what I'd do without it.

    I thought it would be cumbersome when I started. Then I realised, it was no different then sending a few text messages.

    Congrats to you! I agree. It takes me maybe five minutes max to log my food for the day.

    Great Job!! I couldn't agree more about logging becoming second nature! It is not difficult at all. Not to mention IT WORKS!
