The first month was great! Lost 10lb but now its been 2 more weeks I've only lost 2lb. I'm starting to get discouraged!!

I believe losing a pound a week is "realistic" -- it means (as i learned, whether or not it was right, back when i used a now-defunct bodybugg) you have a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories (or 3500 per week)... I think it's normal to lose excess weight quicker at first (I'm not an expert) because you're losing more "water weight" (and similar) that eventually levels off..... Remember, if you're at a higher weight (like me), you didn't gain it overnight, and shouldn't expect to lose it much quicker than you gained it.0
