    Started my weight loss again as the doctor just told me I'm pre-diabetic and that I am on the virg of high blood pressure and that runs in my family and lost my mom at 48 (I'm getting close) so here is to the new ME! Started it again on 5/27 and down 5 lbs already just from changing my eating again and my fitness pal!

    My husband left for deployment right before our daughter is turning a year old. I confess I ate nearly an entire pizza by myself two days in a row! I allowed myself two days to wallow and now I'm back on track trying to lose the last 20-25 lbs that I struggled with prior to having a baby. I'm looking for motivation friends as all my friends outside the Internet world are very thin, which serve as positive role models, but not as much as weight loss companions. So let's be friends and motivate each other!

    I'm in the process of moving to a new state (17 hours away by car) to pursue my MFA, and I've been stress eating non-stop for over two months. I've gained around 8-10 pounds, but I'd like to lose even more than that. I've never been a "small" person... even in high school at 5'7", in my best shape, I weighed 155 lbs. So I'd just like to get a point where my belly isn't jiggly and I'm more toned all over. I will also add that I'm a vegetarian, so my eating plan may be a little different! My food diary is public, but all friends are welcome, too! :smile:

    Greetings from Prague.

    I'm so happy to have so many new people joining us, and so many others continuing to challenge themselves!

    Still no scales where I am, but I'm feeling great: Berlin was super-yummy, but I made good choices and we walked everywhere - and my jeans are definitely feeling looser...

    I'm going to keep up the walking this week, and stock up on veggies at the market!

    Does everyone else have a plan?

    My original weight was 206lb and I dropped to 156lb last year. I weighed me for the first time this year and as suspected have started to regain the weight as I haven't been exercising properly. Looking for some motivational friends to encourage me with exercise as I train alone.
